Quality Policy

Dura is committed to customer satisfaction through conformance to requirements and by continually improving the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (IMS). The IMS defines Dura Quality and Environmental systems and provides the framework for a safe work environment.

We operate by setting objectives and performance targets for the processes defined within the IMS. The Management Team periodically reviews the operational achievements against these objectives and targets and seeks to continually improve the effectiveness of the processes to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.

This quality policy is communicated to and understood by personnel and is periodically reviewed by the Management Team for continuing suitability.
